Изображение
So, the next task is to share steps for my persuasive speech with you! Found definition of Time Menegement Research and read more about my theme. I learn a lot of information from Internet and from some books about Time Menegement ( "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People: Powerful Lessons in Personal Change” by Stephen R. Covey,  “The 4-Hour Workweek: Escape 9-5, Live Anywhere, and Join the New Rich”). Took notes. Post the text based on the time management on Instagram and asked people to share their examples.  Spent two hours observing the people answers and recording examples that illustrated a lack of time management. Watch a lot of videos about people who cannot organaize themself and find problems of it.  ......to be continued.

Creative Thinking

Having clarified my purpose and set out measurable objectives, by no means should I continue with writing an outline. I should to try creative thinking methods first then I will learn to think in a more creative way and the ideas will flow. In the book we have 3 main and effective methods. The first method   was invented by Edward de Bono, famous for his books and lectures on “lateral thinking”. So, his lateral thinking method consists of the following. You should take a subject on which you are preparing a speech, pick a word at random from the dictionary and then try and make a connection between the two, even if it sounds stupid. Edward de Bono suggests this method for getting the brain to work in a creative, lateral way. The next is a brainstorming method. It is a method of generating ideas using free associations. It can be done in a team or as a solo activity. Essentially, the principle is to start with the word, say the theme of a talk, and to write down ...

Purpose and objectives of my persuasing speech

I think that my speech of Time management will help people increase work effectiveness and productivity, achieve greater control of their daily activities and overcome stress. By then end of my speech, people will be able to: Identify your own particular time wasters and adopt strategies for reducing them. Recognise the variety of causes of procrastination and apply relevant techniques to overcome these. Clarify and prioritise your objectives and goals, by creating more planning time. Adopt appropriate strategies for dealing with interruptions and anything else which ‘steals’ your time. Use practical techniques for organising work.

How to choose a theme for a persuasive speech? Questions to help!

Изображение
I have a lots of tasks for this week! And they're very interesting, I may say! Firstly, I should to choose a theme for my persuasive speech! When I think about this, there is the theme about Self-Help in my mind. But to clarify the purpose of my speech I have questions from the book. – Why should I want to talk about this? On the eve of each new year, people commit to making lifestyle changes they believe will usher in personal satisfaction and happiness. But while an entire industry exists to help people meet these pressing goals, most individuals still flounder. How many times can people try to lose weight, quit smoking, cut back on alcohol consumption, or try to find a more suitable purpose in life? One answer: As many times as it takes to get it right. – Why should anybody want to listen to me? Lasting change is difficult to achieve because many of our habits are deeply ingrained, and certain core personality attributes may be immutable. But all habits and charac...

Good evening everybody! I am still quarantined and in our region the number of infected people is growing every day. I am sad...I belive that one day, everything will return into place...but I am not sure. To get back my youth I would do anything in the world  except take exercise, get up early or be respectable. – Oscar Wilde (1854–1900) Okey, so it's quotation is fully describes me.....today I've done the 2d challenge and I want to share it with you. The 2d challenge was sound like that "Call any company and ask questions about different topics" I used the app in my phone, that called 2GIS. I chosed the company (   in a rather haphazard way ) and dialed the number. I heard a pleasant male voice from the other end of the wire. And then  perspiration sprang to my forehead , I was very nervous and tightly squeezed the phone and so ... I opened my mouth and asked a question about their mode of operation in quarantine. I was kindly answered. Then I asked...

Sooo, the 2d task for this week was to perform the 1st challenge from the set of challenges that I wrote in previous week. I want to share with you my fear in front of doing all this challenges...It'll be really difficult for me to do it. But I'll try! I'll do all of my best! Because? Because I want to overcome my BIG fear. Stagefright. This is my 1st challenge: Go out into the front porch and say to a passing pedestrian: "I wish you good Health and have a good day!" So, firstly, I went out and went to the shop to buy any sweet, to encourage myself. While I went, I looking through people, and tried to find "victim" ( ...it's a joke, of course. I really like people..) Then, I found the woman who lived in my porch, she was seating on bench.  I quickly bought sweet and so quickly ate it. Because I worried that she might to leave.  When I walked back I'd see old woman who tried to open the gate, because she had a heavy bag. I ran to...
